Order placement
To place an order and receive reservation services on the purchase of a Motorbike, the User pays the Seller 100 USD (or equivalent in national currency) by bank card online. The payment includes VAT, which is clearly specified and itemized separately.
This payment is non-refundable. In the case of placing and confirming an order by a User this payment will be included in the final cost of the Motorbike.
Making the specified payment confirms the User's familiarization with these terms and conditions, and acceptance of the terms in full.
Use of information and materials
Any information, terms, descriptions and materials on the site may be modified by Carbogatto at its discretion. Not all products and services are available in all geographical areas. Your rights to certain products and services are subject to final determination and acceptance by Carbogatto.
No warranty
Information and materials contained on this site, including text, graphics, links or other elements, are provided in the format available. Carbogatto does not guarantee the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of information and materials and expressly disclaims responsibility for errors or omissions in them.
Exclusion of liability
